Baan Samui Resort - Sha Extra Plus - Chaweng (Koh Samui)

Excellent beachfront experience!

The staff exceeded my expectations. The beachfront location is very nice, and the beautiful pool right next to the beach was a highlight of my trip. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, with choices to kickstart my day. My only suggestion would be to consider diversifying the drink options available, as some prices felt a bit high for a casual resort atmosphere.

We stayed for trip and would stay here again. Superior king room was stylish with big bed. The view was excellent, the service was fantastic. Location: the hotel was right by the beach restaurant at lunch time and once in the evening, and other bars. Dined at Fuji Japanese Restaurant, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The beautiful beachfront and the attentive staff were standout features . Freshly cooked breakfast options, including local fruits, made for a good start each day. The noise from nearby entertainment can be a distraction if you're looking for tranquility, and the pool area can feel crowded at peak times. Some guests may find the air conditioning units a bit outdated compared to other modern amenities offered.

Greatly located. Warm atmosphere. Private area on the beach.

WiFi available upon extra charge but speed and signal were very bad. They charged me for a couple of hours of late check-out despite the hotel was not fully booked. The transfer for the airport is not recommendable as its price doubles local taxis.

A nice choice for a rapid stop in Chaweng (Koh Samui) with real value for money. The staff was always attentive, especially when they brought snacks to us while lounging on the beach. Always check the local market for fresh food options nearby.

Everything was very good, so were particularly nice views of the beach and the ocean. The room was air-conditioned and spotless with a great bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom. The service offered was excellent.

band in front of the hotel is playing rockmusic every night untill 11.30 pm ! ask for a room closer to the beach beacause they play loud ! :-)

The pool was pristine, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
